SERVICE HISTORY:
Captain Webb was among the founding members of the Ark Angel when she was still a pre-launch shuttle. He has served as executive officer since the original members decided to become a Starfleet vessel. An avid student of military history and gamer, Captain Webb has become a valued member of the Starfleet Marine Corps Academy Staff, developing training documents and programs for the SFMC Mecha branch. On 18 November, 2000 Webb took a Naval commission in order to assume command of the USS Ark Angel.
